- We abide by the SGS Servers rules of engagement.
- No Clan member will use a hack, cheat or exploit to gain an unfair advantage over fellow gamers.
- No personal information will be given to any-one regarding clannies or other players. Privacy will be respected.
- Take the game serious but have a sense of humour.
- Your tag identifies you as a member of this family and is worn with pride. Remember at all times that your tag reflects the attitude of the entire Clan. Clan tag will be worn when playing.
- Senior ranked players are to be obeyed and supported.
- No junior rank may initiate a kick vote in the presence of a senior player without consulting the senior player first. Kicking only to be done under extreme cases of cheating, stat padding, or other offence mentioned in our code of conduct, or in the SGS Rules of Engagement.
- Your loyalty is to the Clan and no other. Dual membership or cross-membership will not be entertained.
- Senior members will be appointed by the Founding members and Clan Leaders.
- Democracy rules within the clan, any policy and admittance to be decided by a minimum of 6 votes. Any banishment due to violation of our code of conduct must be approved by half of the Clans total votes.
- The Clan works on a weighted voting system as follows: Founding member = 2 votes : Senior member = 1 vote : Junior member = 0 votes.
- Each member stands for integrity, honour, friendship, loyalty and respect.
- Should a Clannie wish to leave our clan, as a show of respect, we require a notification and at least a reason, further-more he/she will respect and keep confidential all matters related to the Clan during his/hers membership
- NB !! Should a Clan member be banned on any Server please send Admin a mail informing us of the incident using the contact us link on our website.
